Flood Reinstatement Works | London
Following its strip out from the damage caused by water earlier in the year, work has now commenced in London on the reinstatement works which should take approximately 20 weeks to complete.

Water Damage Reinstatement | Harrow
A domestic property in the Harrow area needed reinstatement works following severe water damage throughout. Working closely with the client on all aspects of this project from plumbing and electrical plans to kitchen fitting and all fixtures & fittings to get it back to pre damage standards.

Marie Curie | Chilwell
A lovely unit in Chilwell on a small retail park was refurbished and fitted out to Marie Curie's specification including a complex MF feature ceiling to the front of the store. Kimpol handled the project from start to finish including joinery works, plumbing & electrical installations, flooring installations, full decoration throughout right down to fixtures, fittings and door furniture prior to their opening.
Strip Out Works | London
Following extensive flood damage within the basement of a property in London, the Kimpol team have been in and stripped it out in a short space of time leaving it ready and safe for the reinstatement works to commence.

Fire Damage Reinstatement Works | Bilston
A domestic property in Bilston has recently been completed and handed back to its owners following extensive reinstatement works following a house fire. Works included stripping out, woodwork treatment, installation of new staircase, plastering, joinery works throughout, plumbing & electrical installations and a new kitchen installation as well as works to repair the roof of the property which had been burnt out.

Fire Reinstatement Works | Banbury
A 3 storey building in Banbury suffered a fire which caused extensive damage to the roof as well as all rooms inside the property deeming it unsafe for use so the occupiers moved across the road whilst works were carried out. This was a large project starting with a full strip out of all fire damaged areas followed by extensive scaffolding requirements and health & safety measures to carry out a full roof replacement, timber installations, plastering, partitioning, glazing, electrical & plumbing installations, joinery works, full re-decoration throughout, flooring installations, all fixtures, fittings, doors and door furniture and much more. The Kimpol team have worked tirelessly to ensure we could handover a high quality reinstatement prior to Christmas.

Our most recent handover is a reinstatement project following a domestic house fire in Somerset which caused extensive interior damage to all areas of the family home. With works including stripping out, plastering, decorating, electrical & plumbing installations to name a few, this property also had a bespoke kitchen as well as bespoke windows and doors on the spec.

Fire Damage Reinstatement Works | Cromer
A beautiful bungalow in Cromer needed extensive reinstatement works following a house fire that burnt out the whole of the roof and caused extensive damage to all interior rooms. Kimpol spent 20 weeks rebuilding the roof and bringing the property back to liveable standards before handing it back to its owner, one of the BBC's "The Repair Shop" experts.
