The Kimpol head office is situated in the Midlands in the beautiful countryside of Market Bosworth, Warwickshire meaning we are in the perfect location to be able to operate on a national scale throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

Built on the expertise, knowledge and passion of its Directors and employees, we have been working closely with clients for 30 years providing property refurbishment services, both domestic & commercial, that can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. From the refurbishment of a new acquisition to reinstatement works from fire or water damage, we pride ourselves on being able to provide industry leading levels of service, quality and professionalism on every project whether it's dealing with the consequences of a fire or flood on a domestic property, or refurbishing a commercial premises for offices or retail.

Working on live sites within the Construction industry, Health & Safety is of the upmost importance. We continually strive to provide working environments that are safe and compliant for all.

Our training and protocols mean we are equipped to comply with all relevant requirements of The Construction Design & Management Regulations as Principal Contactors for both domestic & commercial projects. We ensure that we comply from site setups and inductions, to Construction Phase Plans and more.

Encouraging a positive health & safety culture across our team is our strategy to achieve the high standards expected. We ensure that we provide regular staff training to keep everyone up to date and the management of this creates consistency and habit across sites through monitoring, support, administration and communication between all involved.
